TBEST Model Enhancements – Parcel Data Implementation
Through funding from the Florida Department of Transportation and the National Center for Transit Research, in 2011 CUTR completed a research and software development project which investigated enhancing the TBEST model with trip attraction capabilities derived from parcel-level land use data available from the Florida Department of Revenue. The result of the research was a new TBEST Land Use Model structure which utilizes ITE and other trip rates to measures trip activity around each stop. For more information, click the button below.
